ANSPAC
The ANSPAC training program helps improve the lives of thousands of women and their families.

In a dynamic and aggressive society, woman’s role in society has been evolving to the point that she is now involved as a protagonist of development.

However, there are many women in Latin America who daily face adverse conditions that prevent them from moving forward in life. Illiteracy, extreme poverty, a lack of access to opportunities, unemployment, and even health problems are problems that millions of women have to deal with day in and day out.

It was precisely for this reason that the National Pro Self-Improvement Association (ANSPAC) was founded in 1974. Its purpose is to optimize the moral, social, and cultural level of Latin American families and to foster the integral improvement of the person.

Through its training program, ANSPAC helps improve the lives of thousands of women and their families.

Its mission: the integral improvement of the person, based on the conviction that only a person who continually develops all of his human potential can be a positive builder of a new and better world in his family and community.

With programs in Argentina, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Colombia, Chile, El Salvador, Panama, Peru, the Dominican Republic, and Venezuela, ANSPAC has now become one of the leading apostolates serving women in Latin America.

But the needs continue to be great. ANSPAC has to grow if it is going to have the capacity to benefit women all around the world. You can be part of this effort. Each donation, no matter how small it seems, helps us to extend the reach of these programs.

Objectives

ANSPAC directly helps people to:

Strengthen their consciences as people who are open to transcendent values.
Foster their awareness of their own dignity.
Cultivate their sense of responsibility and determination to form themselves integrally.
Promote their intelligent, balanced, and responsible participation in the life of the family, society, and thus their own country.

IMPACT

In the communities where it operates, the ANSPAC programs have proven capable of:

Supporting the formation of the nuclear family as the center of values education
Serving as a link between businesses and the families of workers
Improving the moral, social, and cultural level of the families
Helping people to be protagonists of their own improvement
Calling businesses to acquire social commitments
Supporting the education and improvement of the person

VISION OF THE FUTURE

ANSPAC’s goal is to be a key factor in each country’s improvement, so that through education, people will be capable of influencing and improving their environment.

Each headquarters must have an administrative team that is well formed and completely conversant in the philosophy of ANSPAC so that it can better serve its affiliated businesses, the animators, and the assistants.
Our goal is for ANSPAC to transcend and adapt to the changing world, in keeping with our philosophy and values, so that through it, people will find a support to be able to develop themselves and face the uncertainty of the future with more hope.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

COURSES

The ANSPAC education program takes five years. It consists of a three-year Basic Course and a two-year Advanced Course.

Both levels cover three areas: moral formation, human formation, and skills and workshops.

The courses are given in each unit once a week, with 45 minutes dedicated to each area. They are given according to the academic year, so they are non-sequential and are not programmed according to difficulty level. Once a person has completed the three years of the basic training course, she receives a diploma.

Courses for business personnel: TAVE (Workshop for the Development of Values in Business)

In order to collaborate with businesses in spreading values, ANSPAC has developed a brief course called the Workshop for the Development of Values in Business (TAVE).

This program is made up of 10 weekly sessions with a minimum duration of 2 hours. It is directed at the personnel of the business on all levels, with dynamic sessions for individual work and for team work.

OBJECTIVES:

The attendees:

Optimize their capacities and skills.
Increase their general knowledge.
Obtain a better professional preparation.

The business:

Offers its personnel an integral preparation
Improves internal relations.
Helps the employees to feel a greater sense of belonging to the business.

Anspac:

Reaches a greater number of people on different levels within the business
Offers a high-quality seminar.
Has speakers who are highly trained in their subject matter.

This program has been very successful and is offered in all of the ANSPAC headquarters.
